I gave them a $20.75 so I should have gotten back $16 even. I wasn't given a receipt and I was in a hurry so I didn't pay attention to how much change I got back. When I got home I noticed she had only given me $11. I'm $5 and called about this and they said they couldn't do anything about it without a receipt but I wasn't offered or given one. I'm going to have to start asking for receipts from now on. I was offered another drink which was nice but why would I want another frap?August 23, 2016
